Martins Bar and Grill was voted 'Best Informal Dining' Restaurant at the Scottish House Fairfield Hotel of the Year Awards 2006. Our chef ensures that the food reflects the best of fresh local produce and that everything is cooked to order, ensuring the flavour is at it's best. A range of fine wines are carefully selected to compliment the range of dishes on offer and a range of Scotland's finest Malt Whiskies have also been collected to add the perfect finishing touch.
