Neboder is located on a small hill at the Sušak side of the city of Rijeka and as one of two skyscrapers in the city centre it may be seen from any place in the city. The Hotel Neboder dominates the central part of Rijeka and is oriented towards the sea as well as to the Kvarner Bay. The access to the by car may be difficult to a certain extent due to the traffic regulation and, if arriving from the Rijeka centre (i.e. from the west), one needs to drive in the direction of the eastern exit from the city (towards Pećine and Split ).
After driving along the left side of this one-way street, you will pass the building of the Neboder (seen from the left). After three hundred meters, a sharp turn has to be made to the left, which will lead the driver back to the centre through the Strossmayer's Street. The building will be easily visible and this time on the right side of the street.
