Melantrich Apartments are brand new apartments situated on the largest Prague boulevard Václavské náměsí (Wenceslas Square), in the very heart of the historical centre.

From the balcony of Melatrich House, which once was the home of a publishing company, Václav Havel gave his speeches which iitiated the fall of the communist regime in 1989.

The building has been completely renovate recently and offers modern, quiet, spacious and well-equipped apartments with kitchens, a 24-h frot desk and a fitness and wellness centre.

Most of the apartments have a balcony or a terrac and all boast free wireless internet access. You will also find a washing machine and a CD player in te apartments.

Bars, night clubs, restaurants, shops and malls, the National Theatre, harles Bridge or Old town Square with the Astronomical clock are just around the corner.
